Winter Maintenance Service levels

 

Commercial 1                               24 HOUR ACCESS

• Plowing is done automatically for every 2 inches of accumulation.

• Surface treatment with salt is done automatically, as needed for snow and ice events.

• Shoveling, if included, will be done with each plowing.

• The site will be cleared curb to curb at the conclusion of snow events.

 

Commercial 2                           DAILY BUSINESS HOURS

• During business hours, the site is automatically plowed every 2” of accumulation.

• During non-business hours, the site is maintained at our discretion and cleared curb to curb within 8 hours after the end of the storm or before business hours.

• Surface treatment with salt is done automatically, as needed for snow and ice events.

• Shoveling, if included, will be done during daily business hours as needed.

• The site will be cleared curb to curb at the conclusion of snow events.

ALL COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS ARE MONITORED DAILY, NOVEMBER TO MAY

PAVED SUFACES ARE TREATED WITH ROAD GRADE SALT, WALKWAYS ARE TREATED WITH CaCl2 PELLETS

Charges for services

• Commercial 1 accounts are charged per occurrence.

• Commercial 2 accounts are charged per occurrence, or hourly during business hours for partial services.
